These Terms govern your use of the HeyZi Live mobile application and this website, operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use HeyZi Live. By using the service you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into this agreement.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account and for activity that takes place through it. Provide accurate registration details and keep your login secure. One person may not operate multiple accounts to evade restrictions.

3. Community conduct

You may not use HeyZi Live to post, stream or share content that is unlawful, sexually explicit, abusive, harassing, hateful, violent, deceptive, or that infringes someone else's rights. Nudity and sexual content are prohibited in all rooms and posts. We may remove content and suspend accounts that breach these rules.

4. Virtual coins

The service uses virtual coins. Coins are a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use a feature of the service. They are not money, not a deposit, not stored value, and carry no monetary value outside the application. Coins cannot be exchanged for cash by the person who purchased them, and unused coins have no cash-out value.

5. Host earnings

Hosts who receive virtual gifts from other users may become eligible for payment through an agency arrangement. Payments are calculated on gift income only, are subject to review and approval by us, and are made on a monthly cycle to verified bank details. Approval is not automatic and we may decline a request where we identify fraud, collusion, self-gifting or breach of these Terms.

6. Games

The application includes casual games played using virtual coins. These are provided for entertainment. Coins used or won in games have no monetary value and are not redeemable for cash. Outcomes are determined by the system and no result is guaranteed.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post and stream. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce and display that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the service. You confirm you have the rights necessary to grant this.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms or applicable law, or where required to protect other users. Where an account is terminated for breach, unused coins and pending earnings may be forfeited.

9. Service availability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may modify, suspend or discontinue features.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of [CITY], India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in the application or on this page, and continued use after the change means you accept the updated Terms.
