Delete your account

How to request deletion

1. Write to support@heyzilive.com with the subject Delete my HeyZi Live account.
2. Send it from the email address on your account, or include the user ID shown on your profile in the app (and the mobile number if you signed in with one), so we can find the right account.
3. We confirm the request, and we delete the account within 30 days.

If you signed in with Facebook, you can also remove HeyZi Live in your Facebook settings (Settings, Apps and websites). Facebook tells us, and we record it as a deletion request and act on it.

What is deleted

Your profile (name, photo, bio, contact details), posts, reels, chats, followers and following, and your sign-in links. Your account stops working and cannot be restored once deleted. Unused coins are not refundable on deletion, as set out in our refund policy.

What we may keep

Limited records we must keep for legal, tax, safety or fraud-prevention reasons (for example payment records and reports about abuse), for as long as the law requires. See our privacy policy for details.
